We want you to be delighted with your order, but occasionally something may go wrong and you need to return an item for a refund.

In the event you need to return an item please contact our Customer Care team on 01392 361792 between 9 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and we will be only too happy to help.  It would be most helpful if you could provide us with your invoice or delivery note details to enable us to process your return promptly.
