We aim to provide a first class service and therefore try to help whenever we can with items ordered in error. Please note that ink cartridges and laser toners which have been opened are NOT able to be returned.
DELIVERY
All items ordered prior to 4pm which are available from stock at the time of despatch will normally be delivered next working day. Placement of an order confirms acceptance of our standard terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE :- All orders placed between 24th December 2009 and the 4th January 2010 will be delivered on the 5th January 2010.
COLLECTIONS
Any items ordered in error will be collected free of charge for a full credit at our discretion as long as the item is returned ;
Any carriage or re-stocking charges levied by our suppliers will be charged reflected in the amount credited.
Faulty goods and goods supplied in error will be replaced free of charge as soon as is possible within our normal delivery timescales.
Any items returned for warranty repair will be effected as soon as is possible. Please note we are at the hands of the manufacturers for most warranties andit is fair to say not all operate as quickly as we do. We can assure all our customers that we will do everything we can to help in these circumstances.
